The "Hurricane" Birthday Party.....

I thought Utah didn't have hurricanes?

Well ask anyone who was at Rylee's birthday party & they will tell you we do!

Maybe it's just because were usually inside when the weather is horrible but the wind & rain were CRAZY! We spent an hour trying to decorate & get balloons up, only to have them taken down. We lost a few balloons & the table cloths had to be weighed down to get them to stay on. After about a half hour of "battling" the weather we had to pack up the party & take on the road! Literally!! Chris's parents live down the street from the park, so we packed it all up & went to their house to finish. I felt so bad having to "crash" their house with a "unplanned" party but we really had no other choice! The kids were so patient & happy just to be out of the freezing cold.

We did a Hannah Montana Party this year. Berkley & Ryann won for the "best dressed" Hannah party guests. By the end of the party it looked more like mullets gone bad, but they started out pretty dang cute. Better luck next year!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!!!

We have been having crappy weather for the last few weeks with rain almost everyday!

Rylee has been singing rain, rain, go away for almost 3 weeks now! It looks like it is finally going to let up, yeah!!! The girls love to play with their "Ella Bella" when it rains. (umbrella) I thought these pictures were so cute! These are from after the party when the storm finally calmed down a little bit.

Ella is turning into a little ham! I finally have a child that will let me take their picture. I had to post these pictures just of her because she is so dang cute! She's so beefy & happy all the time. She is finally coming out of her shell & is talking up a storm. I have some really cute video from the party that I am going to post of her. She is quit the dancer!

I can't believe our little girl is 4 today!!!

Where has the time gone? What happened to our baby?

You are turning into such a beautiful little girl. You are shy when you are around new people & take a while to warm up. You have a funny little laugh & snort when something is really funny. You love to make your sister scream & tease her.

You are always asking to play with friends & love to be around other kids.

You are becoming quit the little artist & draw often. Coloring & doing crafts are one of your favorite things. You love to be outside & are constantly asking to ride your bike or play at the park.

You are still a picky eater but your coming around! Your finally eating cookies & you love ice cream. You still like Disney princess but are currently stalking Hannah Montana.

You just can't seem to get enough of her. You insisted on having a "Hannah Tana" party this year. You & Ella love to sing along to her songs & make me listen to it in the car. Your favorite food is still pancakes. You ask for them every morning & tell me your starving. Can you may me brek-est, my tummy is talking? You love to come crawl into my bed & cuddle every morning. At 7:00am you & your lamby are at the edge of my bed with your blanky.

Luckily you go back to sleep!

We can't imagine our lives without you & are so grateful to be your parents.

You'll be missed....

I have been putting off having to post this but I need to, so here it goes....

Our sweet little snaggle tooth Chloe has gone to live on a "pug farm." While I was away in California she had a horrible accident & is no longer with our family. We had her for nearly six years. She started out as one of our kids. We treated her like she was our baby. I am sad to say that once we had "real' kids she took the back seat. She brought us a lot of happiness, sometimes headaches. :) She was really good with our girls & loved being around people. Even though they didn't always love being around her! The last few years have been hard, but we miss her just the same. We hope she is finally happy where ever she may be? Eating all the people food she can handle, & rolling around on a comfy bed!
We love you & miss you. We hope to see you again one day.
